The “Nutrition Overview” class is a 30-minute class devoted to help athletes learn and incorporate the Zone Diet with CFBC training. The Zone Diet was created by Dr. Barry Sears and is the base nutrition program followed by CrossFit athletes all over the world for its simplicity and accuracy. “Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake levels to that which support exercise but not body fat.” These are the two first sentences in Fitness in 100 Words. You will learn in this overview exactly how to do it. You’ll understand the basic function and proper execution of the diet and practice planning meals in a “block prescription.”
